Warranty Information

• Electronic controller, charger, battery and throttle: 3 months
• Hub motor: 6 months
• Frame: 2 years
• There is no warranty on normal wear and tear items such as tires, brakes or chains*

*We will repair or replace, at our option, any product that is defective in material or workmanship, without charge if the product is presented to us at our authorized Electric Bike Service Center, with dated proof of purchase inside of the warranty period.
